• You may not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security, integrity, or performance of the Service or its infrastructure.

• You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or publish using the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights to such content.
• By using the Service, you grant YSHAI a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, display, and transmit your content as necessary to operate and provide the Service, and to generate analytics and AI-powered suggestions for your account.
• All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, user interfaces, designs, graphics, algorithms, AI models, and related intellectual property, are and will remain the exclusive property of YSHAI and its licensors.
• YSHAI and all related trademarks, logos, and service marks are the property of YSHAI or its licensors. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
• AI-generated content and suggestions are provided "as is" and are intended to assist you. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publishing it via the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YSHAI and its owners, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
