Refund window: 14 days. Payments for YSHAI may be processed by Paddle as the merchant of record (authorised reseller). This policy summarises how cancellations and refunds are handled for purchases made through Paddle, including key limitations for digital content and subscriptions. Mandatory consumer rights under local law are not affected.

1Merchant of record and overview
  • Paddle may act as the merchant of record for purchases of YSHAI.
  • You purchase through Paddle's checkout/invoicing services and your payment is collected by Paddle; the product is provided by YSHAI.
  • Refunds and cancellations are handled under Paddle's consumer terms and the rules summarised here.
  • If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, your statutory rights still apply.
2Consumer right to cancel (14 days)
  • If you are a Consumer (buying mainly for personal use), you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days without giving a reason.
  • The cancellation period generally starts the day after the transaction is completed.
  • To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your cancellation request before the period expires.
  • If you cancel within the permitted window, payments are typically reimbursed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the cancellation is received.
  • Reimbursements are normally made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
3How to cancel or request a refund
  • Contact support with your order/invoice details (order number, purchase email, and the product/subscription).
  • For Paddle-invoiced purchases, you may be asked to confirm details shown on the invoice.
  • If you placed a pre-order, you can request a refund before delivery; after delivery, standard rules apply.
  • If technical issues prevent or unreasonably delay delivery, the remedy may be replacement or refund (as determined by Paddle).
  • We may ask for additional information to verify the purchase and prevent fraud/abuse.
4Digital content exception (immediate performance)
  • If digital content is made available immediately and you consent to immediate performance, you may lose the right to withdraw once download/streaming/transmission begins.
  • The right to cancel may also not apply to products you have already had the benefit of.
  • This exception does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
  • If you are unsure whether this exception applies to your purchase, contact support with your order details.
5Refund limitations and wire transfers
  • Refunds may be granted or refused on a case-by-case basis and can be refused where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.
  • For payments by bank/wire transfer, you must provide accurate payment references and order information; reconciliation issues can delay fulfilment and refunds.
  • Wire transfer orders may have additional limitations and may not be eligible for a refund in some cases.
  • These limitations do not affect mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
6Subscriptions
  • Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • To avoid renewal charges, request cancellation at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Cancellations usually take effect at the next payment date.
  • There are generally no refunds for unused portions of subscription periods.
  • If a free trial is offered, you must cancel before the end of the trial to avoid being charged.
7Indirect sales tax (VAT/GST) refunds
  • If you were charged VAT/GST/sales tax and are registered for sales tax in the country of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of the tax amount if permitted by applicable law.
  • Tax refunds typically require a valid tax identification/code for the relevant country.
  • Requests for sales tax refunds generally must be submitted within 60 days of the transaction.
  • Requests received after the applicable time limit may not be processed.
8Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or service offerings. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may provide notice through our website or by email. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Refund Policy.
